Return Policy - 14 Days Store Credit

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from my store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. I reserve the right to reject a return if the item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage. To initiate a return, please email me at Hello@divinemanner.com. I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s) (excluding shipping fees). You are responsible for the shipping fees when returning item(s).

Please note that we do not provide refunds for returns. The store credit can be used to purchase any item(s) on our website. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s) during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Exchange Policy

I understand you may order the wrong size, we accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please email me at Hello@divinemanner.com. However, if the size you need is out of stock, we offer store credit. 

Defective or Damaged Item

I make sure to review every piece thoroughly before posting them for sale. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for a store credit or replacement.
